When placing an order our website collects (necessary for order completion) your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. Your telephone number is not required but it would be useful if there happens to be any problems with your order. All transactions completed with our payment processor Stripe and Paypal that use 128bit encryption. We have no access to any of your credit card details and only receive automatic confirmation or refusal of the transaction from Stripe. Please contact your card provider directly if your card is declined.

Use of Information
Any personal data relating to you will be used and recorded by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy. We will never ever sell or trade your personal and we will only provide companies information for delivery and they are prohibited from using your personal for any other purpose. Data Storage
By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. We ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is stored securely. Our website webhost ‘siteground‘ uses SSL security encription. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address & contact details) for a minimum of 6yrs after which it will be destroyed.

What are your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right that if at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
